Just thought I'd share my 100% completed save for God Mode and directions on how to get the most out of the save for each indiviual trophy. This save wont 'pop' them all at once but you can get most of the trophies with this.
Unless otherwise stated the trophies below can be obtained using any level on any difficulty.
Go into cadaver gear before starting a game and buy the last upgrade for the Buzz Saw, this will pop:
Blow Up The Underworld
Burden In My Holster
Badtriggerfinger
Just kill something for:
The Hunter
Demon Cleaner
Kill an egg before it hatches for:
Embryo
Enrage 1 more cyclops by shooting it in the eye for:
The Creature Lives (2 cyclops spawn on 2nd test of faith on Fire Lair, kill all other enemies then use something like an smg or mini gun to shoot the cyclops in the eye)
Step on a Maze. These are the flashing things on the floor usually blue, green or red, for:
Rune
Just shoot the head off 1 skeleton for:
Them Bones
Use melee aka O on 1 enemy for:
Hand of Doom
Equip the Buzz Saw and kill 1 enemy with it for:
Buzzkill
Use the 'Hammer' ability on 1 enemy for:
Stairway to Hell
Complete any map without dying for:
Deathbound - This is easiest on bronze with no oaths.
For - The Day I Tried To Live -
This is the rarest 'test of faith'. It will only come out when playing Silver or Gold Levels. It's best to do this Online and have 4 players playing. Basically don't get shot. You have to survive the test of faith without being hit once. If you get hit once you will die. Best bet is to play on Silver mode with no Oaths active.
Good news is the enemy will also die with only one hit. I've passed this multiple times, I use the plasma gun as you literally just shoot at the enemies feet and they all die (can be done at a distance to be safe). If you're worried then the easiest load out for this is, plasma gum - mini gun - god mode. With god mode you have unlimited ammo and are invulnerable whilst it runs so its the best ability for this scenario.
Now for the hard part. This may take a few attempts. It basically comes down to playing with a good group of people which unfortunately is about getting lucky in this game. You need to activate 6 Oaths (any you like but 6 need to be activated - all but 1 basically) then you need to play any level.. and complete it on Gold. If you do this the following will all pop:
Nothing Safe
Sweetest Curse
Heaven Beside You
Born a Legend
Odyssey
This is Basically every trophy apart from 'God Mode'. This is obtained when reaching level 24. If I decide to reply the game from scratch I will make a save towards the end of level 23 so it's just a case of getting a little extra xp to 'pop' the last trophy.

Other than that I hope this is of help to some people because this is currently the only only GOD MODE save out there.
UPDATE
In order to get the GOD MODE trophy I have created a level 23 save. It's half way through level 23 so you will just have to play a game, during which (or at the end of which) you should hopefully make it to level 24 and thus earn the trophy
