Here is the code.
For the Version Update 1.1 = 00002000 01D0BF08 60000000

After pickpocket from somebody then the money will be maxed out.

D-One, shouldn't there be 4 sets of 8 digits?

And is this correct values to set at start of cheats entry for the game:

; Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag
; BLES01882

:BLES01882AC4AC4_*\AC4_*.SAV

No these 3 should do the job.
I know these work well with PS3 Cheats Editor.

The entry i think like this:

; BLES01882
; Assassin's Creed® IV Black Flag
