Finally got the locked save off my ps3
- Win 1 race and you get 14 trophies (31%), including the most hardest and grinding trophies
- Complete/Win now a race in each tournament to get another 12 trophies (Races are very,very easy)
- Go to the garage and choose a truck which hasnt unlocked all, buy all engine parts and you get another 6 trophies
- The missing trophies are all very easy and dont take much time, its like drift for 5 sec, create a paint,...
- Crash 1 more Truck to get trophies for crashing 5 and 15 trucks (I recommend doing it Split-Screen with a second Controller, almost impossible to get in story mode)
- Win 1 online Race and you get all but 1 online trophies (Win 5 times in a row you have to do yourself)

Just tested online, i won 1 race and i got trophies for 1st win and completing 5,10 and 25 races online. Only online trophy you have to do yourself is win 5 times in a row (it popped after 4th win for me, i guess i lost my 24th race when creating this save, thats why 
)
if someone wants a more detailed guide on how to get which trophy i can add it but i think most trophies are self-explanatory
Edit: this game releases this week for north america (February 2014)

No, i used your save for all trophies you listed, but not the 500k cred pop on load or after winning a race :/
EDIT: Ok, my bad, i just beat ma own score in the first race of the first event, and i won 500 cred, thx for your save
