HOW TO:
-make sure to remove the copyprotection before resigning
-resign and load
-save ingame (the first time only a few trophies pop)
-quit and restart the game (now all trophies are attainable for episodes, money etc.)
-enjoy

Although it won't matter to many people (considering my timing), I just thought I would inform anyone who ended up coming across this topic that I'm currently working on a series of saves for some of the more tedious collection trophies. I don't think I'll be making it a full on platinum saveset (the game gets too annoying imo) but the saves should help anyone aiming for the plat nonetheless.

Some things my saves will have that the one in the OP doesn't have:
All Scarlett Challenges found (separate saves so that you can get the trophies at separate times [or all at once if you don't care])
Mostly upgraded Weapons/Skills (so you can upgrade the final skills for the related trophies)
The final date sequences for all the women (making them your prisoner in body and soul)
100 kills via headshots

Other trophies can and probably will be unlocked with these saves but the ones I listed above were some that I was aiming for specifically.

EDIT: Working on the last few trophies. It might end up being a plat save considering how close I am (honestly depends how much more cheap difficulty crap I can take). Need to do a few more runs of the story and then the saves will be up in a few days. Before the end of next week at least.

EDIT2: So here it is, platinum save for US Killer is Dead. In the rar I included multiple saves so that you can attain the collectable trophies at a believable rate. If you don't care about that, feel free to use the platinum save
If you use the platinum save, you'll need to load up the save in game once before quitting and re-entering. If you don't, trophies will not unlock aside from the trophies pertaining to max BLOOD and HEALTH.

Within each folder I also included: the unlocked save (copy protection removed and profile blanked) and a Read file detailing what needs to be done for the collectable related trophies. All you have to do is resign the save to your profile. Enjoy the plat guys!

how the fuck do i actually put this in a game?

First of all thank you very much for saves, im kinnda new at this and im triying to resing my saves with KG resigner, i follow all the steps on this guide You must login or register to view this content., i copy the save file on my ps3 withourt a problem but when i start the game it just gives me the option to start a new game, it doesnt load the save...

Any idea what im i doing wrong?
