The save starts at level 3 this is because i missed this one on first play, The log you need to find is in the room next to the 2nd index terminal.
Also if you carry on until you rendezvous with Mia you can get the trophy for buying all upgrades just escort her through the Level until you come to a large room with a Console collect the Hyper Blaster in this room then proceed to the next index terminal.
There are 5 guns that have 3 upgrades each as well as the 3 item upgrades, for a total of 18.
Please note: You must exit the Intex Terminal for the trophy to unlock.
Follow these steps to unlock the trophy.

Step 1 - Make sure you have the Save with all money I saved up Sell off all your items for the extra credit. Make sure to remember which upgrades you bought i suggest making a list and going in order.
Step 3 - Buy as many upgrades as you can with what money you have.
