i tested it and so far this is what i done and got :

went resume campaign and killed first alien
then popped :

silver trophy : Arbitraily Exterminated

killed a alien with shotgun then popped :

bronze trophy : eat this

and

Bronze trophy : Entry Prohibited

killed another alien then popped :

bronze trophy : Coming outta the walls!

used the motion tracker then popped :

Bronze trophy : Micro changes in air density

finished mission

then popped :

Bronze trophy : Another glorious day in the corps
Silver trophy : Game Over , Man!
silver trophy : Not Bad for a Human
Gold trophy : State of the badass art
