I tried to find this here, but there are no save sets for Devil May Cry 4.
To resign
I tested the EU version only.
US version also confirmed.

i don't but when i test it i had to resign it i guess you well need to resign it

Ok I now this game doesnt have trophies that go to your PSN profile but this save file is 100% ingame achievements.
this could be easily added to the master index.
