I put it as "BLANK" in bruteforce and it said it was corrupt. I also resigned it to my profile, the same thing happened.

Thanks for sharing. I resigned in Bruteforce to EU -BLES02058- but the game gave a prompt that the profile save is corrupt on the boot screen.

Anyone got this to work after region changing?

Yep, region change worked with Exploder. Used my profile, put in the files exept .sfo and icons, and Expolder finished it.
