(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Here is my save I modded towards the beginning of the game. There are 2 saves (save 3 and 4). Save 4 is on board the rebuilt Normandy ship. Save 3 is the mission before the Normandy. Both saves include 100 talent points to use for Shepard, max credits, and max resources including medigels. I know save 4 works, but I never had time to check out save 3. This is a US region save and will need to be resigned. Enjoy!!

You're welcome! Also, I found out if you find any more medigels, it will reset to its original amount. Be careful with that.
