With this save, all characters have max CP (including DLC characters), S-Ranks on all stages of Rising Mode, and all Medals collected.
Go into Shop & Customize and buy all the chips for Bahamut and Krystal to get the "You can never play too much" trophy.
Play through stage one of Rising Mode and collect the Medal in the little space to the right of the vertical building with the three flamethrowers in it to get the "Decorated Soldier" trophy. Finish stage one to get the "All Clear" and "Burning Spirit" trophies.
This save also has 573 Continues Mode unlocked as well.
Don't forget, there's a bonus chip for 30 lives in Rising Mode if you press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, L3, R3 at the title screen.

Arcade Mode is unhackable, save-wise, but this save will get you through Rising Mode with no issues.
There is no need to have purchased the DLC characters to use this save, but they will not be available if you haven't.
The save is blanked and unlocked so it should work with any account. Tested on my OFW PS3 Slim on a dummy account.
Also, I did create some new cheats for Bruteforce Savedata for those who would rather go that route.
