Its BLUS30723, I have heard that it might be a region problem so I changed it to BLES01698 applied cheats again but same problem. I downloaded the latest savepatch for it as well tried again and nothing.

Ah okay, thank you for the info Shaka. Unfortunately I do not have game genie so sucks for me...However, if someone who does I can send them my save if they would apply the cheats on it that would be great. If not it's cool.

and you get all what you have on the Original save to:
Inf Health after refresh your health and DONT USE HEALTH UPGRADES and Upgrade Points dont work yet
