(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Alright, so I cannot for the life of me get this damn thing to work. I've looked all over, watched plenty of tutorial vids, but it never works for me.

I take the save file and load it in BruteForce >> right click >> Decrypt All Files.

Next right click again >> Unlock Save to work on any PS3 account. It appears as "BLANK" under the profile column.

Click the Encrypt PFD (highlighted in green) >> Encrypt All Files.

I can copy it from the USB to the PS3 no problem, no warning about depending on the game other saves can't be used and trophies can't be unlocked. But when I load the game and go to load the save, it tells me it was created by another user and then asks me if I want to delete it because it can't be used.

So just how in the hell do you actually make saves unlock to work?

Normally when I want to test a save on my dummy account I'm able to use Xploder to resign it, but since that program is being a little prick and telling me the license is still expired four days after I bought the renewal, I'm trying to use the unlock feature in BruteForce -- and it's not working.

Any help or feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like you're doing everything right so don't fret about it. Some saves CANNOT be unlocked to work on any PS3. Only a select few can.

Example of which saves can be unlocked to work on any Ps3:

*God of War Origins collection.
*Dragon age Inquisition
*Borderlands
*Borderlands 2
*Borderlands:The Pre-sequel
*Saints Row IV
*Saints Row: The third (Copy protected though)
*Assassin's Creed II (Copy protected though)
*Assassin's Creed:Brotherhood
*Assassin's Creed: Revelations
*Assassin's Creed: III
*Assassin's Creed: Black Flag IV
*Assassin's Creed: Liberation HD
*Assassin's Creed: Rogue
*Final Fantasy XIII
*Final Fantasy XIII: Lightning Returns
*Resident Evil 5
*Resident Evil 6
*Resident Evil Revelations
*Bayonetta (Copy protected though)

Example of games that CANNOT be unlocked to work on any PS3:

*Dead Nation
*PROTOTYPE 2
*God of War
*God of War 2
*God of War 3
*God of War: Ascension
*Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy
*Jak II
*Jak III
*Dead Island (Copy protected though)
*Dead Island Riptide
*LittleBigPlanet Karting
*Dynasty Warriors 8
*Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends
*Dynasty Warriors 7: Empires
*Dead Space 3
*FUSE
*Army of Two The Devil's Cartel
*Dead Rising 2: Off The Record
*Dragon age II

So in short, some game saves can be unlocked to work with any PS3 while some game saves simply need to be resigned in order for them to work.

Ahh, thanks for the explanation. I've been trying to do it with Sonic Adventure (with DX DLC) for PSN, so perhaps that's one of the titles that must be resigned to an ID.

Thanks again.
