(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Im running the OFW on my PS3 and im trying to add a Save i downloaded from a user on this forum. This save is for Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate and its all costumes unlocked. The issue im running into is it doesnt look like its reading my save on my PS3. It actually acts like it is overwriting it as soon as the game starts. Here are the steps i took to get the Save on the PS3.

Programs: Bruteforce Save Data

1. Copied original save from PS3 to Computer.
2. Downloaded save from User in original folder (Was missing PARAM.SFO)
3. Copied both the PARAM.SFD and SAVE_SYS.DAT to my original game folder and deleted the same original files first.
4. Opened save in Bruteforce and selected Update Account ID and Copy PARAMS
5. Verified PFD
6. Removed Flash drive and inserted into PS3.
7. Deleted all old Save Files for DOA 5 and then copied unlock one.
8. Started game and went to character select. Costumes were all Locked and the game went through first time start up to set up settings.

Why not copy YOUR param.sfo to the downloaded save (or from any other DoA5 Ultimate save that has a SFO), resign or rebuild the save fully in Bruteforce and once you’ve done that don’t forget to remove the PARAM.SFO_ORIGINAL from the save directory. Copy the save to your ps3 and give it a go.
Verifying PFD isn’t necessary.
Did you also check if the downloaded save has the same region code as yours?
Here all the code’s for the game:
BLUS31216
BLES01907
NPUB31289
NPEB01786
BLJM61085
NPJB00411
K***30226

For some strange reason the last region code is being censored  IDK why...

Sorry been so busy at work i couldnt reply Heres an update and what i did different.

Im still using Bruteforce.

1. Copied Original Save from PS3 To drive
2. Moved Save from drive to desktop.
3. Copied Altered Save from Rar archive to Desktop (this file is missing PARAM.SFO)
4. Copied Original Save PARAM.SFO and pasted into altered directory.
5. Deleted Original Off of the flash drive and added the altered one.
6. Opened Altered Save in Bruteforce under the Flash Drive Location.
7. Set Param.SFO with the Data from original and rebuilt, Showed OK across all fields.
8. Ejected Flash drive and inserted it into the PS3.
9. Save file is corrupt.

I know for sure im doing this correctly. Im just not sure why this certain Save is being a pain, ive altered Skyrim, Halo, COD BO2, and COD BO saves with no issue.
