Well most of these "Hacks" are just exploits really...that is..the game creators make it possible to copy the saved game files, and then using this exploit, as people play their games, they make a saved-game file just prior to obtainting their trophy, and then they put it on the net..this being just one variation of the exploit, another one being the SOCOM/FUEL/"hack"/platinum trophy exploit, while it does operate the same way...through game saves, it actuall requires you to have some knowledge of C++, so that you can modify/take advantage of the network in order to get those trophies especiall for SOCOM, the problem right now as regard to hacking is that we're limited to hacking/exploting those saved-game files which are allowed to be copied, what we need in reality is an effective way to by-pass this problem.....not that this is the only problem that we encounter, another being that we need to find ways to uscramble the saved -data files, some of which are pretty complex....but yeah those are the problems in a nutshell, if you interested in seeing how the SOCOM Hack started to work, look on youtube as someone had posted a video on it...don't know the exact search term, but try "SOCOM Hack/exploiatation" variations..good luck btw....
