Make sure you DON'T earn any new trophies.
Go to XMB, at Trophy Collection press triangle and press Sync with server.
Now your trophies should be back.

Done that, all my MW2 trophies have gone. It's at 0%, even though it still says Special Ops is at 100% and Campaign is at 96%.

Ouch.. that sucks

I got 0% when I turned my PS3 on. I started MW2, so the trophy information would read in. Then quit and sync.
