minutes just for the user names to come up.
When they do come up and I click one it
goes into the user name and just sits
there loading. I can't move to click on anything.

If anybody knows how i can fix this please help.

mabey a laggey connection is it wired or wireless ?

I use a wireless connection

If you are using wireless, switch to wired, more stable and less laggy.
now if you did switch but still like that, then manually restart you ps3 and try it again until it work.

His connection shouldnt have anything to do with it since your PS3 settings are saved on your ps3 and not the internet. Something is wrong with his PS3 not his connection. A laggy connection would only make him wait AFTER he clicked a username before he signed on. PS3 only signs you on after you choose an account.

I had a problem like this it just had tht swirly line thing and i just kept my my finger on the off button and it bleeped a few times and its worked ever since, strange tho :s

It still takes a long time , and once i do click on one of the users it takes about 1 or 2 hours just to finish loading again

to sign in with the psn, you need a cnnection, I used wireless before, and same thng happen. ok?

So does anyone know how I can fix the problem before sending in to sony?:confused:
