Before watching this video I alredy had my ps3 on the super white and full colour settings but I disagree with turning the contrast up to full and brightness up to full that destroys the picture quality of the game and makes it look shit. The only advantage I could possibly see out of turning up contrast and brightness to near 100 would be you may be able to see other players or people hiding in darker areas slightly better. But in my oppiion messing with your tv setting that much will make the game look over exposed. But none he less following the first part of the video will emprove graphics dramatically which is not really visible on the video.

Your own settings are the best settings. But nice video i did take some ideas from it...
