2 things there is no tax on online stores in most states and second that's illegal. I mean just think if your state government found out it wasn't getting there money how would we be able to buy new public building that we don't need?

first of all there are two things wrong with your statement.

1) new public buildings usually are paid for by revenue bonds that the local, state or federal government issues. These revenue bonds differ from G.O. bonds which voters vote on. Revenue bonds don't need tax payer approval so the government can create just about as many as they want. There are restrictions to revenue bonds, but I won't get into the details of that unless someone wants me to. Happy

2) You obviously don't pay taxes or really pay attention to how the government spends OUR money. The government has more than enough tax payer resources (revenue) and they spend it FOOLISHLY. $0.07 from some DLC from the PS store isn't going to push the government over the edge and make it broke. Our current politicians do that with the retarded spending habits and social programs that have been created.

Now you have a STRONG argument for the moral issue this creates, but I won't start debating that one yet. Happy

For the US... here are a list of states which you can change to w/o sales tax
Alaska
Arizona
Delaware
Missouri - no internet tax
New Hamshire
New Mexico
Oregon

Funny thing is KY has a 6% sales tax. I guess it doesn't have an internet sales tax. Happy
