(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I recently emailed sony, and then called them for help getting my hacked account deactivated.. They said I shouldn't have gave out my email and password to my friends, even though I said it was hacked and getting hacked was the only reason I changed my password. Then they threatened to either give me a warning ban or perma ban on my account. Is this a fail or what.?

You made it sound like you actually gave that person your Email and Password. Is this true? That you gave that guy your email and password? If so, it's pretty reasonable they gave you a warning. If not, tell them that someone found out your PSN without giving away your information. +Rep if this helped =)

Their customer support isn't great. I had an Indian woman with mine and I don't think she knew the first thing about PS3s, that are just monkeys trained to read off a sheet.

Nah, I didn't intentionally give away my information. I have been emailing Sony and getting responses from different people, apparently none of them know what the word "hack" means. Lol @ the indian lady thing because I am Indian :p. But yeah I tried explaining to them that I did buy stuff from the store a few times and thats probably the only reason it happened. And I guess they forgot about that time someone hacked about 75+ psn accounts with credit cards on them to buy games.

I hope you didn't take it in a racist way, I didn't mean it like that XD But I'm pretty sure the call centres are based in India because it is cheaper there.

Sony has never been very good with customer support. Last year, when I called to get my fat PS2 fixed, the lady asked me, "Why would you want to fix that old dinosaur?" I told her she should take all her *new and improved* PS2s and and shove them up her ass sideways.
