Today the official website for the next Call of Duty game has launched. It has confirmed that the game will be called Call of Duty: Black Ops and it will be released on November 9th. It is being developed by Treyarch but no platforms or special editions were announced. Previously Treyarch made the game Call of Duty: World at War for the Playstation 3, PC, XBOX 360, iPhone & iPod Touch (Zombies) and Xbox 360. The first gameplay details for Call Of Duty: Black Ops have been revealed by UK retailer GAME.

According to the chain's online product listing for Black ops:
