Mind-Freak, when someone pays for something, it gets saved on their downloaded list. From there, if people log onto a person's account, you can re-download something that you downloaded previously.

They made it like this so that, for whatever reason, if you lose something you download, you can download it again. People however, log onto your account from a different ps3 and download it from your account to their PS3, thus "sharing" the download.

As long as you log on to someone else's account who downloaded it, you can put it on your ps3 also.
