Join Multiplayer

Start Private Free Roam(works with one person or more)

Find Valuable Gang Hideout(more than 2k xp)
(Solomon's Folly is best but only on PS3)

Beat gang hideout

Press left on d-pad and do again(unlimited amount of times)

This works great and you will level nearly every 25 minutes so if you got time you'll go far.

If you need help add psn

um playing gang matches and getting like 250 headshots which is usually only revolvers and shottys. not worth it really. but go for it
