Elsewhere, Insomniac’s Bryan Intihar revealed that more patches are on the way for Resistance 2, along with "some really cool” features for MyResistance.net. Apparently, the PlayStation Blog will have more information on both of these in the near future.
To top off all the Resistance festivities, Insomniac's Ted Price will be featured on G4’s X-Play tomorrow chatting about his favourite games, so be sure to tune in for that.

FKING AWESOME!!!!!!!!! thats the best news I've heard in a while, i can't wait to pwn some nubs in RFoM maps with a splicer :p. awesome, just awesome. I'll definately be watching X-Play tomarrow.
Edit: just found out the map packs are for fom, not 2 lol. i thought it was fom maps for r2. silly me, but whatever.
