Hey everyone, so I bought the headset months ago and recently the left ear COMPLETELY STOPPED giving me sound. Pretty sure it's broken. Would I bring it back to Best Buy (where I bought it - i didnt buy a warranty but maybe i can still buy one?) or what do I do?
Maybe its a fault on the model. My friend had a pair they worked for like a game then died. I hear of a few complaints with these. Hope they don't happen to mine !
best buys return policy is horrible. I got a cellphone as a gift from my wife. long story short the phone never turned on and they said they would have to send it out to there techs to see if it was my fault or a defect. But good to know about those head phones im looking for a pair of good gaming head phones
I would return it anyways to see what you can get I mean theres no harm in asking etc. but I doubt they will unless it is a faulty model....good luck buddy!
