Probably not, i mean, you can use the save but this maybe lock the trophies. Sorry for my bad english.

No, you can't get trophies. Same as with the cheats. You can't get trophies because it's not your gamesave.

damn i would never give my saves away as they are all special with a 100% as a side but thats cool
