I am getting close to the finish but i still have not found out the system by which bounties show up. I've seen in another 100% guide that they spawn from 7-730 am every day, however I've seen them spawn at mid day. Just wondering how to be efficient by being able to know when I can go into town and grab a bounty. Anybody know how that system works??

I think there's a certain amount of bounties available for each town. It could be that you've completed all the available bounties for that town. I could be wrong though.

the bounties come up every morning, just go in a town n wait few minutes n it will pop up. there is a total of 40 bounties, but u need only to do 20 for gettin 100%, 8 in new austin, 8 in mexico n 4 in new elizabeth
