(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey I have a ps3 slim and i am wondering how to keep it cool I am a bit para due to it being my 4th ps3 at the moment I have 4 rubber things stuck to the bottom to raise it a little off of the glass I am wondering is there anything I can do to keep it cool as I can see any vents either only the ones at the back.

Im not to paranoid about my slim. However i am about the xbox 360 so i bought a 9" fan for about £7 and just put it facing the console. Touch wood no RROD as of yet. You can also buy fans that go underneath sort of like a cooling table for about £7.50 they look cool aswell with clear perspex and blue LED fans.

Put it somewhere where it can get cold air and make sure that there isn't a wall or something on the back. If you're willing to spend some money there are some fans that are placed under laptops and are powered by USB, hook them up and put them back of the PS3.

I bought the fan below about 1 week ago and just received it yesterday, while it's ok I think the fan is weak though but it is quite and it does not illuminate nearly as much as the picture but it was $7 bucks soo ehhh. I think I will invest in the one that goes behind the PS3 and has like 3 fans. By the way I did not buy it from the same seller but it is the same product.

my ps3 gets mega hot because I use it so much I tryed putting a fan next to it but that failed, only thing I could really think of is use it less :black:

you can put an ice pack on it that should do the trick

Make sure its in an open place where it can get plenty of air flow.

Put it outside when it's winter, that should keep it cool.
