I understand that this is a "glitch" so to speak. I'm not all that excited about jumping up and calling it a super glitch though. This seems like it's going to be another issue just like COD4 and Rainbow Six Vegas wherein, the glitches weren't really "glitches" but more, an obstacle course. It's great that this actually opens the Resistance 2 maps up FINALLY for all of us to explore. Now I'm noticing people coming out and saying "I found like 3-4 new glitches in R2 today!!". I really don't like this at all. When you think about it, the glitches are all found. You can pretty much get to anywhere with this method right? Well then basically anything that is discovered is merely just a new place you "went". It's not an acutal "glitch".
To sum this all up, I think this glitch is got a little too much credit. Sure it's great, but it's not amazing. You can't really use it in multiplayer, that's upsetting. The places you can get to with it don't allow you to own on people, UNLESS you have a Fareye or Marksman, which is fine but... I want some of the old glitches. (inside a building where you can see out)
I don't really want anything to stop here or anything like that, I would just prefer it if instead of people saying they found a "new glitch", they would say "I found an interesting place today using the Orb Method". Understandable? Or am I just a fukcin dikchead?
OK I'll give some props to someone who finds an easter egg, yea. That makes sense I guess. I just don't want this turning into another whole thing like COD4 with tons of videos of people simply going to random places in or outside of the map.
