( EXPIERANCE GLITCH )

1. Exit the vault.
2. Go to Bigtown through the wasteland .
3. Complete all of the quests there .
4. Make sure to be level 3 or 4 .
5. Have a decent bit of battle experience .
6. Talk to Bittercup .
7. Talk to Pappy .
8. Do and complete his speech challenge .
9. You will need high carisma to do this .
10. Do until desired level .

( UNLIMITED LOCK PICKS )

When you are lock picking in FALLOUT 3 .

1. Take out lock pick .
2. Use lock pick .
3.Once you have tried to pic a door
twice and failed just exit the lock and
the pick should be back to its original
strenght .
4. Repeat until lock is picked open.

1. Guess code twice .
2. If failed twice exit the attempt .
3.You can try again with another 2 attempt s.
4. Repeat until PC is hacked .
