Nothing really unless u can rember ur secret question for ur email address and make a new password then say u have forgot ur password on psn then they send u a link reseting pass.

I usually save the pass. but try retracing all the passwords you have ever used. other then that i don't know if you can recover it without knowing the questions you put in.
