I wouldn't "Gameshare" it if thats what you mean. Your account has already been flagged by Sony for malicious activity.

If you still have your old PS3, check to see if its a console ban, or an account ban. If it's a console ban, you will not be able to sign in on any profiles, account is you will not be able to sign in on just the one.

If it's an account ban, you will not be able to get on your profile on your new PS3 anyways.

you are full of it because you CAN NOT get banned from PSN for gamesharing... if that was the case then about 45% of gamers who play for trophies would be baned from PSN.

So you obviously got banned for another reason not game or trophy sharing because you CAN do that, it is in the disclaimer.

You can get banned for Gamesharing. They don't hunt you down, but if someone reports you for it, you're screwed.

It's a perfectly valid reason to be banned for gamesharing and yes, you can still use the same account. It won't make any difference to your PS3 and it won't get banned. A friend of mine was permanently banned on his 'Apurdy' account and it banned his PS3. When he got a new one he could use the Apurdy account and it was perfectly normal, he could even get his DLC from the store and so on.
