Do you remember any of the information associated with that account, i.e. any credit card used to purchase anything ?? you will need to prove to PSN when you call them that this is your account if you can't do that then your out of luck. Also is you have ever purchased anything and paid with credit card it might show up on your credit card statement as PSN and might give you the email associated with it that might jog your memory.

yes i remember date i put on the acc email and all the info inside but nothing less than password i dont buy with that acc i use another one
