Ebay will be your best bet... Or go to a store that does not sell PS3's often and pick a new one up it is possible it will be on 3.40..

I agree with ^^^^^^ go to a mom & pop store and get a PS3 and it will probably be on a low FW or ask the people at best buy or whatever when there last shipment of PS3's were. or Ebay just ask the seller when was the last time he updated. I'm pretty sure this 3.41 FW exploit will bring out all kinds of PS3 sellers on ebay trying to get some serious money for there systems.
