(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i also have the yellow light it 1st happend the other day then it just started working again after about 5 mins. But got up this morning put on cod4 just got in to a game then it happen for good. phoned sony new one here next monday some time. But will i get a 40gig one that i have now or will i get the 80gig. Cause they dont do 40's anymore do they?

as far as i know 40's are out but i couldnt be sure, and this yellow light, any ideas as to what caused it, does your ps3 freeze a lot when licking reply to messages lik,e me and some of my mates, dammit i thiugh rings of deaths were xbox news

yes it did freeze a bit every so often but my fan was on nearly constantly. Even with the ps3 being in a very cold room with no heating in it and nothing blockin any vent.hope i get the 80gig

ps3 with yellow light is sumat to do with the fan and the ps3 over heating i had this for about 5 weeks untill sony decided to exchange my ps3 for another ( with a couple of games and extra 12 months warrenty thrown in ) ;-)

mine worked ok when i stood it up but sometimes turned itself off and yellow light

mine was in a cold room and was never on for that long but still yellow light boooooooooooooooooooo

well things are all good now sooooooooo on with the gameplay

wiait they dont have 40's, they discontinued 60 20 and 40 that means theres only 80 and 160
