ALL I can say is to call Sony,Make a new Psn with a new email.

Ring sony but it will be hard seeing as you don't have the email

first of all thats a bad idea but go to playstation.com and request it they will send it quick just need he backup email or call them and give them your name thats the quickest way and the easyest and best hope i helped
