i say fix it yourself. Costs $10 and you keep all your data and really isnt hard and you dont need to be an expert. you just need the will to do it. 15min to take a part, 15min to reasemble and theres like 30min worthy of waiting between heatgun uses. SO 1 hour you can be done. I did it and so can you but if you have a warranty then just send it in if you want but you have a long waiting period
