Here's the problem: my dad (who is a programmer/good with computers) has blocked the PS3 using settings for the wireless router and it only works when he allows it, which is really annoying. If you're going to say "stop playing so much and improve your grades/etc" I don't really use it that much in the first place and have a 4.0 GPA with honors/AP courses anyway lol, so he basically does it for no reason. Anyway, when I turn it on and try to sign in (wireless), it says "The connection to the server timed out." When I run the connection test, it fails at the second option and gives that message with error code 80710092. I have a laptop and I tried to bridge the connection, but it says "The connection with Playstation Network timed out" and fails at the third option during the connection test. I think that the block probably works by blocking the MAC/IP address, ports, or maybe something else.
It would be awesome if someone could get this to work because I'm tired of never being able to use the PS3 online.
P.S. I also don't have access to the router menu because he set a username/password (and its not the default router password), so I can't just log in and change settings like someone said before. I could try and get the password some way, but I dont know of a way. Don't suggest to ask him either because I've already tried. I still appreciate any actual suggestions
