Our druzyashki from the Russian subsidiary of Sony once again bring light into this dark little world of the ban and non-disclosure.
Judging from the twitter page Sony Russia, all the same recent teaser something from Bioware, dedicated to Video Game Awards 2010 - applies to 100% of Mass Effect 3. Here's a screenshot of this message:

Thereby Sony has confirmed that the third part of Mass Effect still appear on the Playstation 3
