So, i figured this out...

If you unplug your modem for 20-30 seconds,
then your router for the same time,

you should be downloading.

BTW: This also works for internet issues and randomly sign you out...

Non of my games will let me update..your right it stays at 0% or it goes to 1% and says error. i have the best internet connection and just today it's telling me to update COD5. and it wont let me ;l im so mad. first it was resistance 2, then the orange box then gta4 which one day it finaly downloaded (thank god) but cod is my fav game. im so mad.. so i just unplug my modem?
