Sign Out During Download/Update
Problem:
Hey I saw thread about having trouble downloading or updating games/system. I used to have this problem too, i would go to install a game, it would get to about 3 or 4 percent and then stop for no reason. Soon after i will be told that I have been signed out of PlayStation Network, i would try again same thing would happen. So how do you fix that???
Resolution:
Go to Settings, Network Settings, Media Server Connection, then choose Disable. Congratulations you may now Download/Update your game or system, you will also notice that when you first get on your PS3 there won't be that crappy sign in were nothing loads but your name. Also when you quit games you will no longer be automatically signed out and can continue whatever you were previously doing

No see this is for like if that doesnt work. Most ps3 come custom like this they have it enabled and then you have slower speed and getted signed out alot when you quit games, things of that nature.

If that doesn't work, I have a more complicated way of fixing it. I used it on my own PS3 and I've been able to download updates with no problems since. Easy to do if you follow the steps. just takes about 10 min or so.
