How often have you been playing a PS3 game that involves you utilizing the “trigger” buttons excessively and find that your fingers repeatedly slip off? We’re going to venture a guess that almost every PlayStation 3 user has gone through that experience. To combat Sony's unintuitive trigger design, GioTeck has created handy snap-on triggers that gamers can easily place on their L2 and R2 buttons in order to eliminate that pesky sliding occurence.

You may have heard of these triggers months ago when they were first released and bundled with issues of the Official PlayStation Magazine in the United Kingdom. If you ever had the opportunity to play with the original design, however, the triggers would start to lose their grip and slide off the buttons themselves after a certain amount of use. If this was an issue you encountered, you’ll be glad to know that GioTeck has redesigned their triggers to prevent this from happening.

They received these newly designed accessories roughly a week ago, and they still feel as though we just removed them from the box. Unlike before, GioTeck has beveled a small square into each trigger to aid not only in comfort but also in your ability to grip each trigger with your finger. This allows for your finger to rest perfectly on the accessory for prolonged periods of play.

Furthermore, the triggers snap-on capabilities are not as loose as they were on the original product. Instead, they latch onto the L2 and R2 tightly enough to prevent any form of slip off, even with a great amount of pressure being applied to the bottom of the triggers. This should definitely leave gamers worry-free from unexpected slippage and also enable you to have a slight advantage against the competition.
