can anyone help me please its for my girlfriend i have a ps3 but this has never ever happened to me n i think that the person who had this PS3 before cos it was (preowned) had created lots of accounts on the ps3 and hadn't deactivated the accounts he deleted so this would fill the ps3 to the account limit?... PLEASE HELP PEOPLE

Ye if its pre owned you have an issue becuase you can only make 65 accounts and then no more for ever so i think thats what you've got.../facepalm

when i test my internet conection it only comes up with obtain ip address and internet connection but it should have

You should call Playstation and see what they can do.

Create a new user and try it again.
