I have a DIR-615 Router
So whats the problem? Whatever guide I use I cant get past the first part. I attempt to assign my ps3 a static Ip and it flops .

And I cant even try to put my ps3 into DMZ because i dont know how to do it on my router !

Wait so what your saying is you can't assign an IP cause it doesn't work?
Are you sure your not choosing an IP that's already being used?
When you type ipconfig in cmd, you use the Default Gateway on the PS3?
Also try portforward.com they are very helpful in getting your type Open.
Also your router may not support DMZ mode. If it doesn't you may want to buy a new router. (If you want)

All you have to do is on your PS3 make it:

Static IP - 192.168.0.11 <---(Random number between 1-255.)
Default Gateway - 192.168.0.1
Primary DNS Server - 192.168.0.1
Secondary DNS Server - 192.168.0.1
