(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've got the run around with some questions so i finally emailed / called sony. the person on the phone sounded like they could be my grandmother with how old they sounded, so i emailed them and got this reply.

I asked another question i will post when i get a reply hope this helps.

All seems well by the looks of things, I knew Sony wouldn't ban everyone.. They probably wouldn't be able to deal with the volume of complaints coming through, plus it's a loss of money for their company too.

Sony can't do anything to fix the problem at the moment.. Their recent firmware update (rumoured) will not help anything what so ever. They stated that the ps3 will need new hardware to patch everything. Says so in this topic here:
