They only answer the question partially and say the following " For security reasons/Purposes we can not say much more" . Seriously lol? 3.55 was released in December and we are in MID January . Maybe Sony cant do anything till after the court case? As of now 3.55-JB from HOTZ is still available and little to no consequences have been seen .

To answer your question about if he was right, I do believe he is. He hasn't been wrong yet to the best of my knowledge. If they release a new firmware he may need to release a new .PUP file, but he won't need to look for a new method
