If you looked at this on youtube then it is a mod for the PC version of CoD 4. They have tons of mods on the PC version. If it is on the PS3/XBox 360 then I have no clue. Hope I helped.

Maybe a visinary glitch. Or you are seeing tem use the googles and think its a rocket laucner

no its not im posotive its a sniper (i.e. the firing and the rate of fire) (ive actually seen the people up close) (they were on my team) anyways it is on the 360 online demo and the people were the demolition class but instead of a shotgun they had a sniper i dont know how they did this but im posotive of it.

Maybe it was sometime of glitch when they picked up another weapon class on the ground.....
