I mean its not as easy as it sounds.But yeah i suppose he could. Though i think it would be a high chance that he dosent because oof the legal trouble he is in.Im not sure.Hopefully good ol KaKaRoToKs Is working on it

i think geo hot will do a jailbreak for the 3.56 he doesnt really seem that botherd about what sony are already trying to do with him not only that but what more can they do to him if he hacks 3.56? even if he doesnt thier are other hacking groups out thier like waninkoko for example so it will only be a matter of time

He can't Jailbreak anymore, at least for the next 10 Business days (Mondays to Firdays), that means until the 1st of Febraury when it's the hearing. Now he has a Temporary Restraining Order, he must give in any CD, USB, DVD, HDD, anything that contains Jailbreak information/programs (to control he does not delete, change, add any information), and he cannot log in the PS3 to do anything than just play legally.
Furthermore, he cannot give out links, help anyone to do anything. In other words...just wait, if this TRO becomes Permanent, then Jailbraking will become illegal, and you can be sued, and your system can be bricked.
