You can try that out to see if that would work. To be honest, I don't think that you will be able to get your stuff on another ps3.

Yes if you have another ps3 then you can just create another user on it and when you sign up for PSN select the option to use existing PSN account enter your info i.e. your email and password and there you go your PSN hasn't been banned just your console.

If you want to play online then that's the way to go cuz your never gonna be able to play Black Ops online with that PS3(assuming your console banned) good idea to start fresh on another PS3.

My friend got his acc. banned, so he made another hacked acc., he actually made like 15 of the damn things so he can just get on a diffrent one if another one gets banned:dunce: but idk if he can even get on Black Ops anymore, i only see him on netflix now. :O

The smart thing to do it just get a new ps3, sign into your main account (assuming it is legit) and start playing legit.
