If you wanna play BO that bad because it is your pride and joy and want to play right now go ahead and buy a new system, but if you can hold the tears, just wait it out and see what happens over the next week or two. I personally don't think this game is worth buying a new system and plus what will you do with your old system sell it to some random kid hoping to play BO, yet finding out that it is console banned. That would be pretty F'ed up, but hey it's your call.
