I haven't found any but i was thinking maybe it could be done similar to how to Red Dead Redemption Prestige 5 hack was done.

Getting the modded PARAM.PFD and RAGE files and putting them into you Save game?

This would work with a already level 10 account. (No need for Modifications)

If you can locate me to a Level 10 save file that would be great.

If there is an already existing Level 10 hack Please Comment.

(I Only Play Free Roam and leveling is long and boring)

No i mean Level 10 online.

RDR is different to GTA. on RDR the multiplayer is on the PS3 harddrive while on GTA its on the servers. the quickest way to rank up i think would be to install some mods & use those. for example: mod the weapons so the M4 shoots rockets then go into a Bomb The Base game
